You can now lower your roundtime for City Sneaking with increased ranks. For example, you will see a 1-second reduction at rank 100, with additional benefits available at further ranks.
In addition, the roundtimes for searching have now been somewhat lowered for all types of searching: another person, an item, and your environment.
