Revamped Getting Started page to be more newbie-friendly. Pinned in Mechanics channel.

Combat Overview: There were 3-4 half-finished pages that were never finished floating around on the wiki. I've consolidated them to a single page and cleaned it up a bit. More updates to follow on this but it's about 90%.

Flora & Fauna: Kudos to ArchMagi for compiling a list of fish and what they look like in-game. With that, I was able to get a little RP flavor for each of them added in.
